Blood Flow Restriction Exercise: Recommendations for Resistance Exercise, Aerobic Exercise & Passive Use
BFR is a training method partially restricting arterial inflow and fully restricting venous outflow in working musculature during exercise. BFR is applied during both voluntary resistance exercise (BFR-RE) and aerobic exercise (BFR-AE), and also passively without exercise (P-BFR).
